Changing passwords

Changing e-mail password in Webmail

E-mail users can change their password by logging in to Webmail and clicking ‘Settings’ → ‘Password.’
Log in to Webmail (Click here for instructions on how to log in).
Type the password in the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm New Password’ fields.
Finally, click the ‘Save’ button.

Click settings on the left side of the screen and click Password, then fill the fields and save.

Changing mail password with administrator account in Control Panel

Log in to the Control Panel (Click here for instructions on how to log in).
If your administrator account is linked with several domains, choose the domain of which email password you would like to change from the top of the ‘Subscription’ menu.

Go to the Email tab and click the email address you want to edit.

Give new password in ‘Password’ -field and to avoid typing errors, type it again in ‘Confirm password’ -field.
Finally click ‘OK’ -button.

Changing the administrator password

Log in to Control Panel (Click here for instructions on how to Log in).
Click your name on the top right → ‘Edit Profile’.
Give new password in ‘Password’ -field and to avoid typing errors, type it again in ‘Confirm password’ -field.
Finally click ‘OK’ -button.
